Meet Our Founder– Dave Lentz

Dave has worked from the shop floor to the boardroom. His deep understanding of process and genuine care for people at all levels lends a big picture perspective of day-to-day operations and business strategy overall. It's his expertise of sales and problem solving for each unique situation that suits him to be a strong guide in the business arena. In addition to his background in management and processes, he also served as a Lieutenant in the Fire Department for many years where his decision making skills and intuition led him to be a great leader under pressure.  While he has retired from saving burning buildings, Dave has not stopped supporting business owners find a spark for long term growth and success.

When he's not working on business, you can find Dave on a baseball field, hiking in the mountains or spending time in fellowship with family and friends. He has intentionally built a life centered around his faith and passion for life. This is what drives Beartooth Business Development.
